This one-month membership is designed for parents in the early stages of autism who want consistent, compassionate support without a long-term commitment. It offers a steady rhythm of connection, guidance, and reassurance during a time that often feels overwhelming. This membership includes: Weekly 30-minute 1:1 coaching sessions Between-session support (email or text) Customized resources for your family Resource navigation support A complimentary sensory support bag (a $75 value!) This membership is not about fixing or rushing decisions. It’s about slowing down, building understanding, and feeling more confident and supported as you move through this season.
Cancellation Policy
🌼 Booking Policy This policy exists to create clarity, consistency, and a supportive experience for everyone involved. 📅 Scheduling Sessions Coaching sessions are booked online through the scheduling system. Sessions must be scheduled and paid for in advance. All sessions are held virtually unless otherwise noted. Once your session is booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details on how to join. 🕊️ Cancellations & Rescheduling Life with kids can be unpredictable — flexibility matters, and so does communication. Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited. Missed sessions (no-shows) are not refundable. If an unexpected emergency arises, please reach out as soon as you’re able. Emergencies are handled with compassion. 💳 Payment & Refunds Payment is required at the time of booking. Completed sessions are non-refundable. Packages must be used within the timeframe specified at purchase unless otherwise agreed upon. ⏰ Late Arrivals If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. Sessions shortened due to late arrival are not extended or refunded. This helps keep scheduling fair and predictable for all clients. 📧 Communication Between Sessions Coaching support takes place primarily during scheduled sessions. Limited email support may be included with certain packages and will be clearly stated. Coaching is not provided via social media DMs. 🚨 Not a Crisis Service Dandelion Wishes does not offer crisis or emergency support.
