This free 30-minute call is a supportive, no-pressure space to talk through what you’re navigating right now. Whether you’re newly diagnosed, strongly suspect autism, or feeling overwhelmed by next steps, we’ll slow things down and focus on what matters most in this moment. During our call, we can: Name what feels hardest right now Gently acknowledge grief and overwhelm Talk through regulation or sensory concerns Clarify what’s urgent vs what can wait Discuss what support might be helpful next There is no expectation to continue with coaching. This is simply a chance to feel heard, ask questions, and see if working together feels like a good fit.
Cancellation Policy
🌼 Booking Policy This policy exists to create clarity, consistency, and a supportive experience for everyone involved. 📅 Scheduling Sessions Coaching sessions are booked online through the scheduling system. Sessions must be scheduled and paid for in advance. All sessions are held virtually unless otherwise noted. Once your session is booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details on how to join. 🕊️ Cancellations & Rescheduling Life with kids can be unpredictable — flexibility matters, and so does communication. Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited. Missed sessions (no-shows) are not refundable. If an unexpected emergency arises, please reach out as soon as you’re able. Emergencies are handled with compassion. 💳 Payment & Refunds Payment is required at the time of booking. Completed sessions are non-refundable. Packages must be used within the timeframe specified at purchase unless otherwise agreed upon. ⏰ Late Arrivals If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. Sessions shortened due to late arrival are not extended or refunded. This helps keep scheduling fair and predictable for all clients. 📧 Communication Between Sessions Coaching support takes place primarily during scheduled sessions. Limited email support may be included with certain packages and will be clearly stated.
